What you will do

• Design and execute test strategies for AI services, including APIs, data pipelines, and model outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quality requirements early in the development cycle.
• Validate AI behavior, including correctness, robustness, edge cases, and regressions.
• Build and maintain automated tests for backend services and integrations.
• Support monitoring and quality checks in production for model drift, data issues, and unexpected behavior.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and tooling across teams, acting as a quality advocate for AI development.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience as a QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Experience with test automation (e.g., API testing, integration tests, CI/CD).
• Curiosity and critical thinking when validating complex or non-deterministic systems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a hybrid QA model.
