What you will do

• Serve as primary administrator and architect of China product delivery ecosystem, configuring and maintaining Jira projects.
• Design and execute a hybrid delivery framework integrating Global Agile with Local Waterfall/Structured release windows.
• Act as singular point of control for external vendors, managing sprint velocity and validating output.
• Maintain a real-time view of the project portfolio, identifying status, risk, and critical paths.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and regulatory risks (e.g., PIPL compliance, API deprecations).
• Translate complex technical constraints from Global Product teams into commercial language for local Agency Leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Project/Program Management with a mandatory background in Technology/SaaS product delivery.
• Experience in AdTech or MarTech companies is ideal.
• Jira Expert with admin-level proficiency (custom workflows, schemes, advanced roadmaps, automation rules).
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and PowerPoint mastery.
• Deep practical experience in Agile/Scrum AND Structured/Waterfall methodologies.
• Bilingual Fluency: Native/Fluent Mandarin and Professional English are essential.

Nice to have

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
