What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
• Deliver value to customers quickly by finding the smallest possible increments.
• Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed software.
• Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
• Be a core contributor to the Engineering Group, ensuring frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
• Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications.
• Mastery of frontend development with expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy.
• Ambition, eagerness to excel, and commitment to continuous growth.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
