What you will do
- Lead Employee Relations initiatives across Asia Pacific as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations into workplace misconduct.
- Advise HR partners on investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance.
- Design and deliver ER-related training programs for HR teams.
- Collaborate to enhance employee experience and reinforce company culture.
- Coach managers and HR partners to mitigate risks and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in conducting investigations and resolving complex ER matters.
- Deep understanding of employment laws across Asia Pacific markets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-driven approach.

- Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
