What you will do

• Lead Employee Relations initiatives across Asia Pacific as a subject matter expert.
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations into workplace misconduct.
• Advise HR partners on investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Design and deliver ER-related training programs for HR teams.
• Collaborate to enhance employee experience and reinforce company culture.
• Coach managers and HR partners to mitigate risks and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Location: Bangalore, India
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in conducting investigations and resolving complex ER matters.
• Deep understanding of employment laws across Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-driven approach.
