What you will do

• Apply expertise in marketing analytics, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interaction with marketing campaigns.
• Guide and enable performance marketing and brand teams to measure what matters, including running geo-lift experiments.
• Build and apply marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to optimize and drive growth.
• Drive a unified, company-wide understanding of new user lifetime value and campaign impact with the finance team.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure collection of relevant marketing measurement data for business insights.

Requirements

• Passion for marketing science and understanding the causal impact of marketing campaigns.
• Impact-driven and commercially minded, able to put numbers into business perspective.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and strategic thinking, with a self-starter mindset.
• Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python.
• Experience in conducting large-scale geo-lift or A/B experiments.
• **Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available).**
