What you will do
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize support processes and enhance core marketplace features.
- Implement intelligent automation for real-time fraud detection, deep learning for profile picture moderation, and LLMs for text moderation and translation.
- Actively identify, prototype, and implement generative AI solutions to boost employee productivity and automate operational tasks.
- Contribute to shaping the CR ecosystem and empowering data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate within an autonomous data team comprising ML Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and fellow Data Scientists.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data or software engineering, with experience putting Machine Learning models in production or producing data-based applications.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning theory, statistics, probabilities, and/or econometrics modeling.
- Fluency in SQL and Python.
- Excellent communication skills to explain models clearly to both analysts and decision makers.
- Pragmatic approach to problems and a strong business sense.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of main machine learning packages (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and/or MLOps frameworks (KubeFlow, TensorFlow, Vertex AI).
- Experience with Python data visualization apps (Streamlit, Flask, Dash).
