What you will do
- Drive marketing effectiveness for Small and Medium Customers (SMC) using learning-agenda strategies, experimental design, and causal analytics.
- Lead measurement and research plans for key verticals to support media objectives and business growth.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify, prototype, and scale new measurement solutions.
- Build measurement capability and advocacy across verticals and with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to quarterly OKRs focused on advertiser growth and innovation in measurement capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience in a tech company, media agency, or consulting firm.
- Proven experience with ads measurement and statistical fundamentals.
- Proficiency with advanced analytical tools such as SQL, R, or SAS.
- Fluent proficiency in French language.
- Must be based in Paris to comply with the "default together" policy (4+ days per week in office).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.

- Advanced degree in business, math, economics, or engineering.
- Experience negotiating and writing SOWs and contracts.
- Direct work experience with top performance or brand advertisers.
- Experience building and influencing client or partner relationships.
