What you will do

  • Develop profitable business through effective client relationship building and account management.
  • Define, recommend, and co-create strategic innovative solutions for clients leveraging insights and industry know-how.
  • Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project management.
  • Manage client expectations and assess the impact of work on their business.
  • Lead proposal writing and shape opportunities for complex clients, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continually deepen consulting skills while mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

  • Work format: Hybrid
  • Location: Bangkok, Thailand
  • Considerable (10+ years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function.
  • Relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree or significant work experience (10+ years) in a top-tier professional services firm.
  • Deep understanding of hirify.global Advisory solutions, product offerings, frameworks, and delivery tools.
