Corporate Clients Manager

TT Daily Kitchen, a member of TT Serbia Holding, provides professional catering services. The company’s main activities include:
preparation and delivery of ready-made meals,
organization of corporate and event catering,
development of customized and corporate menus.

Requirements

Fluent Serbian and English (written and spoken) Minimum 3 years of experience working with corporate clients in the Serbian market Proven track record and existing warm contacts in the corporate sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-driven mindset Experience in account management, corporate sales, or business development Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

Key responsibilities

Identify, attract, and onboard new corporate clients (B2B) Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Coordinate logistics and operational processes for assigned clients Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) Prepare reports on client activities, progress, and pipeline Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events
