HIRING: Payment Solutions & Operations Officer 🌍
We are looking for a strategic mind to lead our payment operations and provider relations.
We are seeking a Payment Solutions & Operations Officer who balances operational excellence with a growth mindset. This role is a unique hybrid of technical troubleshooting, financial reconciliation, and strategic vendor management.
Key Focus Areas:
Expansion: Onboarding new PSPs and acquirers to increase global redundancy.
CRO: Improving Authorization Success Rates through smart routing and flow optimization.
Cost Management: Reducing processing "leakage" and managing partner commercials.
Ops: Ensuring 100% reconciliation accuracy and seamless payout SLAs.
Who you are:
3+ years in the PSP/EMI/Fintech space.
An Excel/SQL wizard who loves data-driven decision-making.
Someone who understands the "plumbing" of global money movement.
