Senior Data Product Partner (Data)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person work 3 days per week and a requirement to be within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

What you will do

• Develop data strategies with business leaders and identify high-impact use cases tied to revenue, cost reduction, efficiency, and other measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear data projects, technical requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and success criteria.
• Manage the data portfolio for a business domain and evaluate technical trade-offs with Data teams.
• Perform lightweight SQL queries, exploratory analysis in Looker, validations, sanity checks, and hypothesis testing.
• Triage data requests and coordinate handovers to Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data Governance.
• Drive data literacy, adoption, data quality improvements, and the conversion of recurring ad-hoc requests into scalable data products.

Requirements

• Experience bridging business needs, data systems, and technical teams in a data product, consulting, strategy, or related role.
• Ability to define priorities, measurable projects, business outcomes, and technical data requirements.
• Working knowledge of lightweight SQL analysis and exploratory analysis in Looker.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data availability, methodologies, and insight interpretation.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, executives, and Data teams and coach teams toward self-service.
• English is the official language at the office; applications should be submitted in English.
