What you will do

• Develop business data strategy by collaborating with business leaders to define how data can drive their strategic goals and uncover new opportunities.
• Identify and qualify high-impact use cases and data initiatives to generate measurable value for the business unit.
• Shape and prioritize demand, translating vague requests into well-defined projects and technical data requirements.
• Manage the business unit's data portfolio, ensuring alignment with capacity and strategic priorities.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer time-sensitive business questions and assess feasibility.
• Provide data consulting and drive data literacy, coaching teams on integrating data into their decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in developing business data strategies and aligning data initiatives with strategic goals.
• Strong skills in identifying high-impact use cases and quantifying the value of data projects.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into well-defined, measurable projects.
• Experience in managing data portfolios and prioritizing data projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL queries and exploratory analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between business and data teams.
