What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, utilizing diverse channels to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously for complex Tech, Product, and Business-oriented roles.
- Proactively engage in the design, development, and delivery of strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct thorough CV screenings and interviews, guiding the hiring process.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to elevate hiring standards and drive excellence.
- Create a memorable candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression regardless of the outcome.
Requirements
- Relevant years of experience in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments.
- Capability to work autonomously, pivot quickly, and consistently achieve targets.
- Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations.
- Passion for working with people and understanding the importance of solid processes and data.
