TL;DR

Innovation Engineer (Digital Transformation): Contributing to the development of new technologies and identifying new business opportunities with an accent on multidisciplinary innovation and digital transformation. Focus on automating technological infrastructure and implementing innovation strategies.

Location: Hybrid working regime 2 days from the office, 3 days remote

What you will do

Contribute to the development of new technologies and identify new business opportunities.
Process and interpret existing data to help technological decisions and automate infrastructure operations.
Implement innovation programs to create new capabilities in new technologies and AI integrated systems.
Apply entrepreneurial ways of working to address innovation and digitalization projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, services, and business models.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in delivering technical projects.
Strong technical skills in both Network and IT.
Good understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
Understanding of network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and Artificial Intelligence-based technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the Agile way of working.
Preferably proficient in the use of programming languages/platforms Python, MySQL, UiPath, Javascript, Jira, Confluence, C#, Power BI, Bash, Linux, Qlik Sense, Tableau, OpenAI
