What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation to offer negotiation, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Focus on attracting top-tier talent for an international function, using a keen understanding of local talent markets and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
• Source and pipeline a diverse pool of candidates, employing creative strategies and leveraging platforms beyond LinkedIn for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every candidate has a positive, transparent, and engaging experience as a brand ambassador for hirify.global.
• Collaborate and share knowledge within a lean team, advising other Talent Partners and hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for a variety of roles within a fast-paced tech company.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for Sales roles, or a background across various business functions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and an empathetic contact for candidates.
• A collaborative and autonomous mindset, thriving in a lean team while managing conflicting priorities with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English is a must.
