What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Manage and scale multi-market paid media budgets with a focus on CPA/ROAS.
• Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay on top of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to align on creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably and effectively troubleshoot performance fluctuations.
• Experience with Google Ads, including bidding strategies, automation scripts, and A/B testing.
• Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, user acquisition strategies, and key performance metrics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Mobile App user acquisition is a plus.
