What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, X, and other social platforms.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to drive high-quality traffic.
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other BI solutions to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Affiliate, and design teams to align acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC or paid acquisition campaigns.
- Strong expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Must be based in the EU.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Exposure to TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
