🔥VIP Manager (Remote/Cyprus)🔥
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven VIP Manager to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with high-value players, ensuring exceptional customer experience and maximizing player lifetime value.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in VIP account management within the iGaming industry, understands player behavior, and knows how to drive retention and revenue through personalized engagement strategies.
📌Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with high-value (VIP) players via chat, email, and calls
Deliver a highly personalized and proactive customer experience
Monitor player activity and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for retention and upselling
Develop and execute tailored bonus, incentive, and loyalty strategies
Reactivate dormant VIP players and prevent churn
Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, and Compliance teams
Ensure full compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate reporting and player documentation
📌Requirements
2+ years of experience in a VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager role within iGaming
Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook products
Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret player data
High level of emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
Fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
📌Nice to Have
Experience working with Tier-1 markets
Knowledge of CRM tools and bonus systems
Experience in fast-scaling iGaming projects
