Procurement Specialist (iGaming): Overseeing all procurement activities for strategic projects and business-as-usual (BAU) work to support live casino studios based in Malta with an accent on sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. Focus on ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations, balancing ongoing operations with new project requirements.

Location: Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH. Travel to Malta regularly to collaborate with colleagues and suppliers in-person.

What you will do

• Manage suppliers for procuring equipment for projects and BAU needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to mitigate potential risks and protect the company’s interests.
• Ensure procurement processes are adhered to and comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and monitor progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier and/or supply chain management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously.
• Personal resilience and capacity to work effectively and stay calm under pressure.
