What you will do
- Operationally manage advertising campaigns and perform funnel calculations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using internal services and Google Sheets.
- Manage paid traffic profitably.
- Run and scale creatives via systematic testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming UA.
- Proven experience in D0/D7/D30 ROAS optimization and scaling.
- Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics.
- Hands-on work with AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral.
Nice to have
- Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games.
- Experience with long LTV projects (180+ day payback).
- Experience with soft-launch performance validation.
- Experience testing and scaling emerging ad networks.
