What you will do

• Focus on Treasury Operational Excellence, including merchant experience and risk management.
• Manage cash for LATAM countries.
• Design automated cash flows and forecasts, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing funds, identifying collection or funding issues.
• Lead process optimization through innovative mindset and participation in automation projects.
• Manage relations with financial partners, look for efficiencies, and strengthen regional presence.
• Generate KPI reporting per country and supervise SOX controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar finance fields.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other financial or management certifications.
• 10+ years of experience with treasury management in multinational companies.
• Experience with treasury management systems and ERPs.
• Fluent in English (C1).

• Experience in payments environment.
