Salary: $100,000-$176,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate security controls for corporate devices, applications, and infrastructure.
• Build and understand threat models relevant to the platform and business.
• Design and implement logging and alerting systems to detect malicious activity across endpoints, infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Investigate alerts, triage potential incidents, and drive response efforts.
• Develop tools and automation in Python and/or Go to enhance threat hunting and intrusion response capabilities.
• Conduct security reviews for new features and technologies, including secure enablement of AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate or enterprise security, or a similar security engineering role.
• Knowledge of operating system internals, with competency in macOS, Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience in security areas such as digital forensics, malware analysis, incident management, intrusion detection, threat intelligence, or endpoint security.
• Strong development skills in Python and/or Go.
• Ability to conduct design reviews and provide actionable mitigation guidance.

Nice to have

• Background evaluating and securely enabling emerging technologies, including AI tools and features.
• Familiarity with securing lab, IoT, and ancillary systems.
