What you will do
- Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance to strategic and enterprise customers for onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
- Lead projects, escalations, and meetings to ensure ongoing user and customer success.
- Take ownership and oversight of L3 Support Cases and Escalations, collaborating with L1/L2 support teams.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to influence the product roadmap and account plans.
- Assist with hiring, mentoring new team members, and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Be available for scheduled work and onsite travel to deliver high-quality support in a global environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, or Project Management roles.
- 5+ years of industry experience with implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems (DBMS) and OLAP.
- Technical depth in Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, software engineering, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System or Network Administration, and big data.
- Experience leading large-scope technical projects in collaboration with multiple experienced engineers.
- Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure as a service offerings.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing roles and team collaboration.
