What you will do
- Deeply collaborate with Engineering teams on new features, from requirement analysis and test planning to execution and release sign-off.
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing, clarify requirements, coordinate Business Acceptance Testing, and advocate for customer needs.
- Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage for new features and regression testing.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure high product quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing (Black Box, White Box, Grey Box).
- Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Understanding of integration, functional, end-to-end, and API tests (Postman).
- Experience with test case design, execution, and reporting for complex systems (front-end and back-end).
- Ability to create test cases and collections in collaboration with PMs.
- Experience with test case management tools (preferably XRay).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Great command of English (written & spoken) and at least basic Polish.
- Availability in the afternoons for occasional evening meetings across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a product company, ideally a startup/scale-up.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their impact on the QA process.
- Experience with Jira and agile testing methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM.
