🔥 Your Responsibilities

✨ Search for and recruit new affiliate partners in assigned GEOs
✨ Manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, tracking setup, offer alignment
✨ Work with CPA / Hybrid / RevShare cooperation models
✨ Monitor traffic quality & performance: FTDs, deposits, retention, profitability
✨ Negotiate commercial terms and scale top-performing partners
✨ Analyze KPIs and optimize results
✨ Collaborate with internal teams: Marketing / Analytics / Finance

✅ What We Expect

✔️ Fluent local language (mandatory)
✔️ Working level of English
✔️ Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming / performance marketing
👉 Entry-level candidates with relevant background are also welcome!

✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
✔️ Strong analytical thinking & communication skills

💰 What We Offer

💶 Fixed salary: €1,500 – €2,500 (depending on experience)
