What you will do

• Support or independently manage CPA affiliate partners, including communication and campaign updates
• Monitor performance, reporting, reconciliations, and data maintenance in tracking systems
• Drive partner acquisition via outreach, negotiate terms, and own budgets
• Analyze traffic quality, profitability, and KPIs
• Contribute to affiliate strategy and attend industry events
• Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

• Russian-speaking required
• Good English communication skills
• 0–1 year (Junior) or 2–4 years (Middle) in affiliate/performance marketing
• Understanding of CPA/CPL models and affiliate KPIs/ROI
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail
• Experience with partner acquisition, negotiations, and platforms (Middle)
