Position: Blockchain Developer

We’re hiring a Blockchain Developer to build and deploy production-grade smart contracts for a Web3 ecosystem covering staking, gaming logic, and tokenomics. You’ll work end-to-end: contract design, implementation, testing, integration, and audit readiness through mainnet release.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop secure, gas-efficient smart contracts in Solidity.
• Implement staking pools, reward distribution, treasury and tokenomics-related mechanics.
• Integrate contracts with frontend and backend services (events, indexing, APIs).
• Write unit/integration tests; set up test environments and CI where needed.
• Collaborate with auditors; fix findings and support pre-mainnet verification and deployment.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of blockchain development (Ethereum and/or compatible chains: Polygon, BSC).
• Hands-on experience with Hardhat or Foundry; familiarity with Ethers.js/Web3.js.
• Strong understanding of DeFi primitives and common patterns (AMMs, staking, rewards, treasury).
• Knowledge of NFT standards (ERC-721 / ERC-1155) and related tooling.
• Written English required for async communication (spoken English preferred).
