What you will do

• Lead the development of sophisticated new features including complex access control, high-performance database schemas, and UI components.
• Maintain high-traffic live products, ensuring they are bug-free, scalable, and performant.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing technical leadership for complex hurdles.
• Continuously explore new AI integrations and optimize CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to bridge technical possibilities with user needs.
• Advocate for and write future-proof, well-documented, and testable code.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Skilled in building scalable APIs, managing complex data structures, and working with hybrid SQL/NoSQL and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience in agile, cross-functional teams within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools and modern workflows to optimize development processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to work from the Amsterdam office two days a week.
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
