Product Manager (Web): Leading web experience for Learna AI, focusing on optimizing web funnels, user conversions, retention, and growth performance with an accent on data-driven decision making and cross-functional team collaboration. Focus on systematically analyzing big data sets to drive product roadmaps and continuously iterating with A/B tests for monetization and UX/UI improvements.

What you will do

  • Systematically analyze big data to drive product roadmaps and create impactful results.
  • Periodically re-prioritize the Product Backlog considering business priorities.
  • Articulate business value to product teams and ensure understanding of product intent.
  • Take part in all aspects of Learna’s web product, from brainstorming to launch.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication from product concept to launch.
  • Optimize and track monetization channels to improve LTV, iterating with A/B tests for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Technical background or experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and scientific approach to data and problem-solving.
  • Passion for marketing, product, AI, or coding.
  • Result-driven with strong ownership and commitment to excellence.
  • Clear communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
