Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and hold Swedish citizenship OR EU/EEA citizenship and currently living in Stockholm OR a valid Swedish work permit. This is an office-first role requiring a minimum of four days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and revenue to build high-performing acquisition channels.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and ship improvements.
• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to drive growth.
• Establish new growth loops and improve existing ones.
• Combine coding skills, growth experience, and design taste to create effective web experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Must hold Swedish citizenship, OR EU/EEA citizenship and be currently living in Stockholm, OR have a valid Swedish work permit.
• Proven track record of shipping high-performing landing pages, advanced web interactions, and beautiful designs.
• Strong frontend fundamentals including React, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Node.js).
• Experience working with data, such as event tracking, data visualisation, conversion hirify.globals, attribution, and A/B testing.
