What you will do

• Collaborate with the engineering team to drive the development of high-quality features and improvements.
• Ensure technical and product requirements are understood across departments and alignment is maintained.
• Establish and maintain processes for standardising planning, tracking, and communication across the team.
• Organize, lead, and document internal and cross-departmental meetings.
• Proactively follow up on work status, chase down blockers, and track key dates and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks which could impact the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a technical production role.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver highly technical projects.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Working proficiency with task tracking software like Jira, Hansoft, or Trello.
• Experience managing team resources on web services such as Confluence and Monday.
• This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract maternity cover position.

Nice to have

• Background in computer science or adjacent technical field/area.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, CSM, or CSPO.
• Experience working with or producing highly technical teams, especially in a large-scale AAA development team.
• A university degree in Game Production, Design, Software Development, or a related field.
• A passion for video games or knowledge of UGC products.
