What you will do

  • Manage and execute deployments across Salesforce orgs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve Copado deployment strategies and automation.
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings, acting as the primary contact for deployment issues and resolving merge conflicts.
  • Optimize Copado configurations and develop SFDX/Salesforce CLI scripts to automate release processes.
  • Contribute to CI/CD maturity and promote DevOps standards and governance.
  • Define, document, and maintain Release Management and Copado best practices, fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing releases in large-scale, multi-team Salesforce environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Copado Release Management, automation, and optimization.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce metadata.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with strong organizational skills.
