What you will do

• Lead a local team of engineers to drive cloud platform innovation and fulfill client requirements.
• Design, build, and test technical and operational management solutions for Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Partner with business development teams to mitigate challenges with workload migration to cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
• Engage with the firmwide Engineering organization to create and deliver scalable, compliant, and performant solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing client requirements and a team of engineers to deliver solutions.
• Strong technical ability and willingness to learn and evolve skills with advances in technology.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience architecting, designing, administering, or developing management solutions for AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software in one or more of Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Expertise with Linux, containers, system security, and automation with scripting languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code languages such as Terraform or Cloud Formation and essential DevOps tools.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of work experience with one or more of the major cloud platforms, with exposure to Azure, Oracle, or Google being advantageous.
• Experience with security, isolation, and multi-tenant design of distributed cloud services.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design best practices and experience in developing them.
• Experience with Serverless platforms such as AWS Lambda or AWS Batch.
• Familiarity with cloud network architectures and integration with hybrid cloud networking.
