What you will do
- Collaborate with your team, Product Managers, Architects, and end-users to deliver high-quality solutions in the Performance Product Area.
- Contribute across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, test automation, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Work with technologies like Kubernetes, Valkey, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud.
- Drive performance optimization through profiling, bottleneck removal, caching, and asynchronous programming.
- Raise engineering excellence by improving CI/CD, trunk-based development, code reviews, and observability.
- Mentor, coach, and help colleagues to secure team deliveries, quality, and product architecture.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Core/Framework, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with cloud engineering using Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, trunk-based development, and Git.
- Embody a DevOps mindset (build it, run it).
- Solid understanding of automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar experience.
