Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) for candidates located within EMEA.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced security incident responders.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader during incidents and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Ensure consistent triaging of alerts and signals in hirify.global Cloud SIEM.
  • Build tools, systems, and processes to enhance security incident response capabilities.
  • Lead post-incident analysis efforts to learn from security incidents and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with product management and other security teams to develop prevention strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a people manager or technical leader with strong mentorship skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in incident response teams, with a focus on security incidents and threats.
  • Technical pragmatism and ability to reason about implementation trade-offs.
  • Strong distributed systems knowledge to build technical credibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management, empathy, collaboration, and communication skills in English.
