What you will do
- Create and manage educational beauty and wellness content, including lessons, courses, and in-app materials.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics and run experiments to improve effectiveness.
- Write clear, engaging scripts for educational video content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with brand voice and standards.
- Manage, upload, and update content using CMS and LMS platforms.
- Research beauty, skincare, and wellness topics, staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating instructional and educational content (long-form and short-form) and writing video scripts.
- Ability to work with CMS and/or LMS platforms.
- Ability to work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Gemini).
- Strong research skills, ability to fact-check information, and work with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).

- Fluency in beauty and skincare trends.
- Understanding of beauty apps and digital product environments.
- Experience working with educational, wellness, or app-based content.
