Professional Services Consultant (Storage)

TL;DR

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel. Hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Design and architect technical storage solutions to meet unique enterprise client requirements.
• Scope and write detailed Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage implementation and engineering efforts, including task management and client deliverables.
• Deploy and configure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud storage solutions such as Storage GRID and E-Series.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and firmware/software upgrades using hirify.global management tools.
• Train customers through ad-hoc knowledge transfer and organized demonstrations of methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting with hands-on field experience.
• Expertise in hirify.global Storage administration and deployment (SnapMirror, Metro Cluster, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storage protocols including CIFS, NFS, S3, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and NVMe.
• Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and Container Orchestration (K8s, OpenShift).
• Security Clearance level 2 required (level 3 acceptable if committed to upgrade).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, REST API, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Cisco or Brocade Director Class SAN Switches.
