📋 Description

• Hands-on tech leadership of a team up to 10 engineers (ML/backend/frontend/infra).
• Own architecture for conversational AI, voice pipelines, and APIs/SDKs.
• Drive cloud strategy (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
• Optimize real-time ML inference (latency, throughput, cost) and orchestration.
• Build scalable developer platform abstractions and observability tooling.
• Lead and mentor the team; partner with founders; hands-on coding when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of engineering with leadership experience (leading 5+ engineers).
• Strong cloud architecture on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable backend APIs/platform design.
• Experience running ML systems in production.
• Strong full-stack skills (backend + frontend) with hands-on coding.
• Experience working with founders or startup/scale-up environment.
