📢 We are looking for a QAA Lead to help establish and improve testing processes within an existing project. The main goal of this role is to organize testing workflows, introduce automation practices, and mentor the current Manual QA Lead, helping the team move toward a more mature and scalable QA process with a focus on building processes, transferring knowledge, and delivering initial results. This position focuses on establishing a clear and scalable QA process for an active project that is moving toward more structured and automated testing practices. The specialist in this role is expected to define a roadmap for QA improvements, deliver early process enhancements and automation results, and prepare the existing team to operate independently once the engagement is completed.
