What you will do

• Plan and deliver local talent acquisition strategy, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Engage with external talent communities and advertise the employer brand.
• Develop and implement hirify.global's talent acquisition processes and training for hiring managers.
• Develop and execute B-BBEE plans and strategies to achieve a Level 1 B-BBEE rating.
• Prepare accurate B-BBEE reports and compliance documentation, fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Extensive experience with B-BBEE legislation, planning, and strategy development.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external.
• Experience in preparing accurate B-BBEE reports and compliance documentation.
