TL;DR

Location: Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in Warsaw office

Salary: Up to 15,000 USD monthly

What you will do

• Design and implement AI/ML architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional ML models.
• Develop scalable and high-performance AI solutions.
• Build and oversee robust data pipelines for training and inference.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Communicate AI strategy and business value to stakeholders.
• Drive AI governance, monitoring, and model optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and traditional ML methods.
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with MLOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, SQL, and NoSQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP, chatbots, or computer vision.
• Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
