What you will do

• Support customer product enablement by assisting with system integration, validation activities, and issue triage/resolution.
• Contribute to the creation of technical collateral, including guides, training materials, and reference documents.
• Participate in customer training and lifecycle management activities to ensure smooth deployment and continuous product support.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external ecosystem partners to ensure platform readiness and successful product ramps.
• Assist in ecosystem enablement activities to support data center platform solution readiness.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronical Engineering, System Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent field.
• 6 months of experience in digital electronics, hardware design principles, computer/system architecture, and PCB layout/schematics.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium).
• Advance English level.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
