Location: Hybrid work model, 2 days in office are recommended in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania. Workation allowed up to 90 days per year, with 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: €4,500 – €6,083 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 4 finance analysts, managing performance, resources, and workload.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global Go business on strategic plans, developments, and financial controls.
• Oversee accounting data, processes, and treatment for financial controllership.
• Manage reporting and compliance for standalone and group shipping results, presenting performance analysis to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic plan for team development and process improvements.
• Represent the finance department in hirify.global Product projects related to shipping developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or a related field, including a leading role.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or Accounting.
• Strong team management skills.
• Experience with large and complex data sets, reporting, and identifying/mitigating financial risks.
• Experience in managing large projects at a fast pace.
• Interest in multi-jurisdictional finance roles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
