Location: This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. hirify.global offers a hybrid workplace with a requirement to attend the office at least 3 days a week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

Salary: Monthly base salary 2500-3000 EUR gross.

What you will do

• Perform real-time market surveillance by analyzing price movements, trading volumes, and patterns.
• Detect risks of malfunction or non-compliance with Market Abuse Regulation or hirify.global market rules.
• Escalate unusual trading activity and, if necessary, intervene in trading by executing trade cancellations or suspensions.
• Address market participant inquiries and provide guidance on compliance with applicable rules.
• Conduct due diligence on new exchange member applications and contribute to periodic risk assessments.
• Enhance surveillance efficiency through pattern calibration, automation, or technology innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a relevant area.
• Strong interest in financial markets and to learn and develop within market surveillance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions based on analysis.
• Ability to work well in a team, with excellent conflict management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1).
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.
