Salary: $96,000 – $132,000 USD

What you will do
- Own content marketing programs from strategy and planning through creation, distribution, and performance across all brand channels.
- Stay updated on emerging content, AI, and audience behavior trends to evolve hirify.global’s content strategy.
- Lead emerging content initiatives like podcasts and new media types, testing and scaling new ways to engage audiences.
- Drive thought leadership by creating original data-driven reports and research, turning insights into compelling narratives.
- Lead hirify.global’s YouTube content strategy in partnership with Creative, Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams.
- Create customer stories and case studies in partnership with the Product Marketing team.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or storytelling roles for high-volume, product-led B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven products.
- Proven experience owning content programs from strategy and creation through distribution and performance measurement.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and format across various content types and channels.
- Experience creating thought leadership, data-driven reports, customer stories, and multimedia or video-adjacent content.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Sound editorial judgment, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
