Finance Control Manager: Responsible for driving hirify.global Go Business Finance Control team’s strategy and roadmap with an accent on financial performance and ensuring financial compliance and adequate controls. Focus on nurturing team members' personal and professional development.

Location: Vilnius, Kaunas. Hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended.

Salary: €4,500 - €6,083 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead a team of 4 analysts, tracking performance and coordinating workload.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Go business on strategic plans, developments, and controls.
• Oversee controllership of accounting data, processes, and treatment.
• Manage reporting and compliance for shipping results, presenting analysis to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning for team development and process improvements.
• Represent finance in hirify.global Product projects concerning shipping developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or related field, including a leading role.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or Accounting.
• Strong team management skills.
• Experience with large datasets, reporting, and identifying risks.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
