📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end month-end for Benelux and Nordic regions
- Own and report periodic balance sheet with reconciliation
- Direct weekly payment run and maintain ledger hygiene
- Primary contact for external tax and accounting advisors
- Proactively implement control improvements to speed up close
- Partner with Regional Leads to deliver commercial narratives
🎯 Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; finalists considered
- Advanced MS Excel with formulas and Pivot; SAP/BusinessOne a plus
- Background in fast-paced practice or multi-entity industry role
- Excellent stakeholder communication across finance/non-finance
- European language skills advantageous (Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish)
- Love of dogs is essential
