What you will do

• Manage and execute software engineering projects, including API development, integrations, and database structure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to improve processes and implement new systems.
• Support large-scale data analysis for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Oversee and mentor junior developers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on internal metrics.
• Partner with the CTO on developing compliance policies and technical security structures.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience with programming languages, with Python required.
• Strong project management skills, especially for complex products.
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly.
• Familiarity with large, scalable back-end systems and databases.
• Experience with security and compliance implementations and data management best practices.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.
