Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office, Aleja Grunwaldzka 347, 80-309 Gdansk, Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Gdansk, Poland on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain visual build standards using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences.
• Apply expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations.
• Manage source control and development tools for efficient project workflows.
• Develop technical art solutions that optimize game performance and visual quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on social or mobile titles.
• Demonstrable skills with 3D packages and technical art.
• Expert knowledge of Unity and the game development pipeline.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Work authorization in Gdansk, Poland is required.
