What you will do

• Develop and maintain the overall creative vision for 3D projects, ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs.
• Provide artistic direction and guidance to the 3D art team, including modelers, texture artists, UE artists, and animators.
• Coordinate with project managers, producers, and other departments to align 3D art production with project timelines and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback.
• Present concepts, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients, addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as an Art Director in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-quality 3D projects in a creative studio environment.
• Exceptional artistic skills and a keen eye for detail, composition, color, and form.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of artists.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
