What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end material handling, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials within the customer fab.
• Plan and execute FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) move-in operations, including worklist creation and equipment allocation.
• Manage material return operations, from standard requests to emergency transport arrangements.
• Coordinate rigging activities with riggers and customers, identifying consolidation opportunities for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring full transparency and minimizing aging and return lead times.
• Collaborate with customers and 3PL partners to optimize laydown areas, movement paths, and overall material handling performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics/SCM, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in SCM planning and administrative operations.
• Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven, and adaptable, with strong analytical thinking.
• Clear and effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (B2 required).
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in US Export Administration Regulations.
